I received this prayer in an email from my family, and we are all praying for rain for those who need it.
WE ARE PRAYING FOR A STEADY, SLOW RAIN TO SOAK OUR LAND. ALSO, ENOUGH RAIN TO REPLENISH LAKES AND STREAMS! Let’s be specific!!! This is a prayer for rain in those dry areas of America ......join in!!!
As evidenced by people living in Oklahoma, West Texas and South Texas, and New Mexico and ever-increasing areas in the midwest and other parts of the country, the drought condition is reaching critical status; cattle are being auctioned off; crops are burning up; and drinking water is becoming a concern. Please join us in this prayer circle. Let’s make this one of the largest prayer circles ever. It will be as though everyone is holding hands around the world.

Dear Heavenly Father, You said whatsoever any two or more come together and agree and ask in Your Son's name, it shall be given of the Father. We come to you, humbly, and ask that you bring down the rain to our parched lands. Our farmers and ranchers need it desperately, as well as our firefighters. We ask this all in Jesus' name and for His glory! We thank you and praise you for what you are already doing on our behalf! Amen.
"I sing your praise, God, my King; I bless your name forever and ever!" Ps. 145
"If you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul, you shall find Him!" (Dt. 4:29)

Oh, Yes! I am thankful along with you! God IS good! He delights in our being grateful and in our giving Him the glory! AMEN!
Step into the unknown with confidence! Trust that in the darkness of that first step there will either be something solid to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly! Nothing tastes as good as living with less pain feels!
