So nice to see someone who gets it. We have been doing they types of things for years. A retreat master I knew long ago once gave a powerful homily on how people decide to give up chocolate for Lent. Nothing wrong with that, but what if we all decided to do or add something for Lent. A positive action to replace a negative or a void. Excellent suggestions. Thanks for posting.
