I almost always pray the Rosary when starting a trip,be in on a plane, bus or in the car.
Sometimes I pray it on the treadmill or stationary bike.

I have to have 90 minutes MRI's 1x a year and the only way I survive in there is because of the rosary. It takes me about 15 mins for 1 rosary so it also helps me keep track of time.
I say a rosary when ever I am in a bad situation and it always calms me down.
Of course I say as often as I can also.

I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one who prays the rosary in non-traditional places. I had a funny feeling that I was somehow being a bit irreverent, but this makes me feel better.
I can pray three decades on the drive from my house to Walmart, and the remaining two on the drive back.
Some days I pray the rosary in my office at work before the craziness of my day gets started. I have a small notebook where I jot down the mystery and make hash marks to count the Hail Marys and other prayers.

Going to daily Mass is a 2.52 mile walk (there and back), and I can usually pray a full Rosary on the way there. I also pray the Rosary on Fridays when I'm on the bus - it's a 40 minute trip to another city where I have a standing appointment each Friday & then I get to go to Mass and spend the rest of the day with my beautiful mother.

I find it so helpful when walking, waking in the middle of the night and unable to get back to sleep, etc. My mother always says that the angels finish it for us if we can't! Hope the procedure wasn't too hard to endure. When I had an MRI they gave me headphones and played my favorite radio station!
