I've walked into an Abercrombie and Fitch store once looking for a job and didn't get it. I glad I didn't the over powering smell that comes from that place gives me a headache. They can stick to their ideas of what a person should look like while the rest of the world changes. It's their lose.

Abercrombie & Fitch has been sued repeatedly for racial discrimination, but my African American deskmate carries one of their shopping bags and says it's the only store her kids will shop at. Now they're dropping this bit of beauty on us. Their continuing popularity absolutely defeats me. Well, guess what? If I don't "belong" there, neither does my money.

"...there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and it's worth fighting for."

"We're children of a fighting race that never yet has known disgrace." (The Soldiers' Song, Irish national anthem)

"Every day above ground is a good day." (Chef Justin Kennedy of New Orleans, on Chopped)
