My goals between now and election day:
Lose 10 pounds - Current Weight 172, Goal weight 162
Workout - cardio 4 times a week, strength training 2 times a week
Log food daily and do not exceed 1600 calories a day.
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water
Eat a minimum of 3 servings of fruits or veggies.
My Obama goal - Participate in at least 2 voter registration events before the state deadline.
