Yes, but I didn't throw in the Obama goal, we could add that to the other one as well.

I told everyone they could check in every day, but they were required to check in on Tuesdays.

My goals between now and election day:

Lose 10 pounds - Current Weight 172, Goal weight 162
Workout - cardio 4 times a week, strength training 2 times a week
Log food daily and do not exceed 1600 calories a day.
Drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water
Eat a minimum of 3 servings of fruits or veggies.

My Obama goal - Participate in at least 2 voter registration events before the state deadline.

Hi All:

I am hoping to gather some people on this thread who would like to set some weight loss and fitness goals to achieve by election day. Please join me by listing your goals and dropping by daily (if you can) to update us on your progress and receive support. I am returning to the gym tommorrow after a long hiatus. I have gained 4 pounds during the summer and have generally been feeling discouraged, so any support you can lend would be greatly appreciated.
