Are you thinking of any particular kind of challenge? On the BLC team, I do exercise challenges. I've tried the challenges of 20-min of exercise a day without missing, and it is weird because I can be so faithful until I click on that button, then I end up skipping and throws me off. Must be a psychological thing or something. I do know I only lose weight if I faithfully track my food daily, which I have been off track of for some time.
I wasn't sure if you were thinking of a specific challenge related to gardening or projects in the house or what?
