I would love to hear what others have to say about this, because I also struggle with motivation. Sometimes motivation is automatic and easy, but other times I have to rally work at it. Mostly, what I try to do is distract myself. Music, a quick walk outside or toothpaste is really helpful n those moments!
What do you do to keep yourself motivated when life pushes you away from your goals? I try to make my exercise automatic, get up earlier, sleep more on weekends and laugh a lot. That is what helps me.
