Dear Team members,
I hope that your fitness goals have been going well. I have been away because of moving and many other changes in my lifestyle. I want to get back on track here because I've regained much of the weight that I lost. This time I'm better equipped to lose the weight because I remember the Spark program and I caught the weight gaining pattern in time. I've been eating too many simple carbohydrates and too few vegetables. I'm going back to walking every day for 40-60 minutes plus two nights of yoga a week. I know I can drop this extra weight and gain extra energy! I'm ready! Let's go team
