I originally posted this with the meal plan itself, but a Spark coach sent me a message saying there was an issue due to copyright...oops! Didn't think of that. Anyway, if anybody wants to see the meal plan again, I'm happy to send it to you in a private message, just let me know!

Hi folks - I recently took a 10 week "Healthy Weight" class at Kaiser Permanente. By following their 1500 cal/day Meal Plan and exercising (running mostly) 3-4 times a week, I dropped 12 lbs.

I know a lot of people hate the word "diet," which is why I liked the KP meal plan...the options you have are "real" foods, just in the right combinations and portions. PLUS, it's broken down into "Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Snack" so you can visualize the meal options so much better than meal plans out there that tell you "eat 6 grains, 5 proteins, 4 fruits" etc.
