By following their 1500 cal/day Meal Plan and exercising (running mostly) 3-4 times a week, I dropped 12 lbs.
I know a lot of people hate the word "diet," which is why I liked the KP meal plan...the options you have are "real" foods, just in the right combinations and portions. PLUS, it's broken down into "Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Snack" so you can visualize the meal options so much better than meal plans out there that tell you "eat 6 grains, 5 proteins, 4 fruits" etc.
