I have been MIA (again) from Sparkpeople and my waistline and energy level show it. I've been really busy readjusting my life and so I am back, hopefully for good.
Anywho....I had a couple of PC shows this last weekend and I learned something interesting. The potato chips made with the Pampered Chef Microwave Chip Maker are a whopping ZERO points if you're following Weight Watchers. So it got me to thinking....how many calories would I be comsuming if I ate the equivalent of one medium potato worth of those chips (not that I would eat that many in one sitting, but I'd like to know). The answer: 160 and it's A LOT of dang chips and they're delish too.
So I ask you....what is your favorite item to cook with any of the Pampered Chef tools and share the recipe (if you don't mind).
BTW: I make my microwave chips with a little of the new Herbs de Provence seasoning and they are so flavorful and delicious!
