I think that snail mail invites are the best way to go, but if you're going to do it, get them out today! You will also want to follow up with people by phone on Thursday or Friday to determine if they received your invite and if they are coming. :) Good luck! I hope you qualify for the bonus bucks! :)

Hello PC Lovers! I am NOT a consultant; however, I am hosting a show this Saturday. I think it is better to send out cards via snail mail than the e-vites, what do you all think? I am hosting the show as a huge favor for a friend and hope to have fun and earn cool PC products. Any advice? Thanks!

Welcome everyone who is new! Sorry I have been MIA for the last...ummm...6 months. I've been busy gaining weight (boo) and really busy with two jobs. I am trying to get back on track.

I hope everyone's PC business is going well and I hope that each of you are doing whatever you can to make it to spring launch next month. I'll be going to the one in Denver. Is anyone else going?

I'm Sarah, a new Pampered Chef consultant, a former Navy Sailor and a (current :-P ) Army wife. I've been a member here on Spark on and off for a few years now. I love to cook, and I'm finally starting to find healthy recipes that my husband doesn't complain about :-) I'm trying to get restarted on my weightloss journey after falling off the wagon about six months ago.

Hi there. I'm Dan from Southwest Arkansas. I've been my own boss now for close to two years and am loving it!! I have not yet gone inactive in the time I've been selling Pampered Chef since January 2010. I went over the 15,000 in career sales at the end of July 2011. I'm close to 18,000 now in career sales. My first year I was my team's top seller with 8,078.44 in YTD sales. At the end of August, I have already sold 9,077.00 and have already surpassed my first year's sales record. I'm on track to sell over 12,000 this year! I have 3 October shows on my calendar and already have one November show booked. :)
I wish all of my fellow consultants in this team the best of luck. :)
God bless.

Hello fellow PCers! I have been a Consultant for exactly two weeks tomorrow! I have three catalog shows running, one independent order awaiting credit card info, and one show scheduled for a week from today. (Just far enough away that I'm not nervous about it - YET! LOL!)

I just knew there had to be a team for PC people here on Spark - it's a perfect match! I was a little worried when I started looking at the dates of previous postings, until I came to this one. Thank you Amy, for the attempt to reinvigorate this team! I need it! LOL!

My name is Laurie and I live in northern New York State, as close to the Canadian border as you can get without being on the borderline itself. PC seems to be well received here, so I am hopeful I can supplement my income as a paint associate at our local Home Depot.

Have a Super Saturday!

Laurie

Hi there!
I've been a PC consultant for 10 months. I've been a Spark member for two years. My weight loss is slow, and I have 31 lbs to go to meet my goal. Two months after I started TPC, my mom passed and that set me back. But I'm ready to move forward, both with my personal business and with my walking and weight loss. I just had a $1000 cooking show and hoping for a good one tomorrow as well.

I joined this team last year and nothing was happening here, so I withdrew.
I don't have a lot of time for spark but I do log in every day and I'm logging miles towards a goal that I have.

I'm hoping that this team will have enough active members to support each other in our health goals and in our home business. And those who are not consultants but love The Pampered Chef can give us consultants a lot of feed back!

Happy Friday!
Elaine

Hello all fellow TPC lovers!! My name is Jenn and I am a consultant of TPC. I LOVE LOVE LOVE TPC and cooking. Needless to say, the cooking the wrong things has gotten me in trouble. I took up cooking when I got married two years ago and fell in love with it. I was cooking all kinds of things I never thought I would and then I became a consultant shortly thereafter. I am trying to get to a healthier place and I have lost 4lbs since joining SP.com 3 weeks ago(as of tomorrow). I am excited about slimming down and feeling better about myself. I still cook and will always love to do so, but I will be more conscientious with my choices of ingredients and use healthier substitutes. :)) BTW-I just received the new Fall/Winter 2011 catalog and I just LOVE all the new products and the new catalog presentation.

Hi! I'm Jeanie and I love PC even though i don't usually cook much! haha But i love the pc tools and recipes and i love to hear about new recipes and ways to use pc.

I live in HOT and HUMID Louisiana and it will be this way till about Christmas!

I am a corporate trainer for a major health insurer.

Since i am in my late 50s, weight is creeping up and seems harder to get rid of! But I am determined! I usually have a problem committing to anything good for myself, so i need a lot of support. Just saying.......

So glad to see this forum up and running and I am gonna spread the spark about this team!
Thanks Crystal and Kathryn!!

Hi All,

My name is Kathryn. Love PC stuff. My sister was a consultant for a time, but there wasn't much demand for it where she lives and she's let it go for now.

Live here in hot and miserable (at least this week it is) Kansas. Work as a systems engineer. I like cooking but not necessarily the cleaning up! I tend to work out for a few weeks and then when I notice that I've lost some goo around my belly, I slack off again...

Thanks Crystal for jumping in here to get this going again!

Hi all!

I am Crystal and I have recently been approved as a co-leader of this team. I am hoping to make this team a good support system for PC consultants and people who LOVE PC as much as I do.

Let me tell you a little about myself.

Like I said before, my name is Crystal. I live in northern Colorado. I have been married for 10 years and have a 4 year old son. Right now, I work 20-24 hours a week at a non-profit foundation and another 8-20 hours a week at a non-profit hospice doing finance work. I am a member of the board of directors for the Humane Society of Weld county. In my spare time (what little I have) I do Pampered Chef shows (3-4 per month). I love to cook and eat. Up until about 3 months ago, I was a fitness fanatic, but recently have fallen off the bandwagon (I tend to do this...lose then gain....lose then gain).

I have struggled with my weight since the late 90's. I love to eat too much to deprive myself and have found that the only way to make this journey work is to find a balance I can live with. I don't have a goal weight exactly, just an image I want to see when I look in the mirror.

I am hoping that this team comes back to life so that we can share ideas and help eachother with challenges that we might face as PC consultants, cooks or just as people.

How about you?
