1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily


June 2014 goals:
1) lose 4 pounds
2) finish walk way
3) finish blocks for Forest Service quilt
4) scan old photos

I continue to work 12 hours and care for house and my chronically ill husband.
This weekend away has shown me he cannot manage traveling anymore.

I certainly understand and will give it some serious thought. My computer crashed and I am without right now, that makes things much harder.

Hello everyone!

This is not an easy post to write. I have thought about this for several weeks. I have not been able to fulfill my duties towards this team for a while now, and it does not look like it is going to happen anytime soon. I really feel it is time to bring a new leader in. I am willing to stay the leader on paper, until such a time as someone else steps in, or as co leader if they wish. The "paper" part s because I don't want this team to dissolve. I wish the best for all of you, and I will be here as much as I can. Keep the spark going, everyone!
