Our cycling goal is to ride 250 miles this month. We've done 149 so far so only 101 to go. We have a 20 miler planned for today and tomorrow we are going on a SKYride in Suffolk for 26 gentle miles at about 10-12mph with lots of other people.
We should get through the other 55 miles without too much palava next week.
Blessed are the cracked for it is those who let in the light.

Well, I have done very badly lately. I just don't seem to have my heart in it. But we have a trail ride next month, so I MUST get ready. I also have 5 more quilts to finish before Oct 20th, so I better get going. No time for eating. My goals for Sept:
Ride at least 4 miles every non-work day Sew 2 hours every day.
I'm tired already.
One Day at a Time: 1) walk/ride 30 minutes 2) daily plank 3) fruit or veggie with each meal 4) sew 1 bobbin full 5) do a good deed
November goals: 1) ride 100 miles and walk 5 miles/week 2) eat 4 vegetables daily & keep nutrition goals 3) finish 2 UFOs
