I'm still under the weather and my food choices have not been the best today, nor was I up to class. I am starting to decrease the amount of chocolate I need (at least in my mind) at night--I'm down about 80%. My big comfort foods are definitly carbs--any ideas? Bread and butter chocolate, mashed potatoes and gravy.....

So, I'm going to try to catch up with you guys tonight, start the new question of the day thread and then early to bed. I still have to get up in the morning.

Stay healthy and keep the rubber side down! emoticon

I am totally wiped out. I'm fighting some sort of crud, and not enough sleep. So guys, it is early to bed for me. Sorry, but I am almost incoherent tonight. I did track my food--still way too many calories--and got to the gym tonight. Kickboxing again tomorrow. Maybe then I will be capable of making sense. Have a wonderful night!

True, but I was in a carb and sugar and fat overload coma last night!

But, take it from me--clotted cream, at least the kind in a jar, is not what it was cracked up to be in my childhood reading. In fact, it tasted exactly like soured milk!

You may as well start today. Track everything, it reminds us we need to watch what we eat and when we stray.

I have a list of 7 daily goals, and want to hit each of them 5 timers a week. Tracking my food is on top of that--I'm not even going to try to track today, with eht Tea, but tomorrow is a fresh start.

I'm sure we have all been looking at ourselves and setting our goals for 2011. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!

My January Resolution is to stay with in my calorie range and record all my food. I have been slack about that lately and it really is important.

Anyone else care to share your resolutions?
