I had a set-back, but am still driving forward, even if it is a bit slowly. I have made some progress overall, however.

New here and just started dieting the end of june, i was 256 and am proud to say I'm down to 236 as of this morning. emoticon just need to keep the motivation flowing!!! i just found this site today and cant wait to meet new people going through what I've been.

I'm up just a little since the last time I was on here. I just got released from workers comp 2 weeks ago from a leg injury so any work outs stopped. So a month of sitting and eating with no working out gained me about 4 lbs. Now I'm starting back and I haven't seen anything come off yet. But I'm hoping soon!

I have been going strong since october of last yr and i have finally got below 200 started out as 226 i am now sitting at this morning at 198.6 i was at 201 a few days ago and then i got a fish alergy reaction then the flu not really how i wanted to loose the weight but i have now to keep it going in the right direction April 2 2012 is definatly a day i will be writting down the first day in i dont know how many yrs( i know more than 3 will have to look it up) that i have been below 200 so so excited. hopefully i can wear a nice bathing suit this yr out in the pool instead of tshirst and shorts. Now to set the next goal on my journey to 175.

Sorry you're getting headaches Tricia. I doubt it's the milk, that would be a weird one. Are you sleeping enough? Stressed about anything?

I gained 0.2 pounds this week. Not terrible in the grand scheme of things, considering this week I had a Red Robin date with my boyfriend and a piece of Papa Murphy's pizza, plus didn't work out much.

I did however complete W1 of the C25K program, so I'm feeling like a little bit of running around is helping! Here's to a better week.

Still 198.75 this week. I've been skipping some workouts, so not too surprising. I've had headaches the last few days, I wonder if it was from switching to 1% milk (from 2).

Yo yos happen to all of us. I got stuck in a looooong plateau. I started at 255 and am on month 19 or 20 now, so I understand.

I'm stuck at 208 right now, but it is slowly going down. It doesn't feel like it, but considering my goal for the entire month of February is 205, I think I'll be fine :)

Hi all, i definately thought id be under the 200lb mark by now but unfortunately im not! 15 months ago i started out at 257 and got as close as 209 last year but when i dad got ill in may 2011 i had no time for diet and excersise as i spend months next to his hospital bed, hes home however and things are on the up, including my excersise plan! Im currently back up to around 231 (my last weighin) and am hoping to shift around 2 lbs a week!

By the way - congrats on reaching ONEderland! x

I just got under 200 this morning. I'll stick around for a bit, though, since in the past I've gone overboard to compensate when I post a weight loss. But that's before I was sparkin' my food.

I thought I'd be closer than I am, then again reviewing my goals from the beginning of the month, I think I'm on track! I started at 255 lbs and have worked my way down WAY too slowly. 19 months into Spark people and I weighed in this morning at 210 lbs. My goal I set at the beginning of the month was to be at 209 or under by Jan 31st. I may have to kick my own butt for the next few days, but I'm getting there!

Feels nice to be on track with my goal for once, that hasn't happened in nearly a year. I hit a 6 month plateau, then slowly lost 10 lbs over the next few months.

I know that there isn't too much talk on here lately but I'd love to get things moving again. I've been a member of this team for a while now. And honestly, I thought I'd be below 200 by now. I'm not but I've been reinvigorated so I'm actively working my way down. In my last weigh in I got 1.4 lbs closer to being under 200. I still have 30.9 lbs to go before I can declare I'm in the ones but I'm moving in the right direction!

How is everyone's journeys coming along?
