Today is a rest day. Heading out to the Berkshire's later to meet up with a friend from CA visiting her sister in Syracuse.

Monday I won't be able to post. I plan to run 5 miles at the hotel fitness center. Food will be a challenge. I am bringing a couple of protein bars for before and after workout. Lunch will be out and dinner home. Not sure what yet.
