For the next month i intend to do 1 week on plan 1 week off plan although i started it with 10day week. It just works out like that because of my mums b'day then mothers day and then best friends 50th.
Gotta suck it up and get off my butt though as i'm feeling lazy and i know i'm being lazy. Today i want to run,yoga/pillates and maybe zumba not sure though as it's parents evening at my youngest daughters school.

Monday I won't be able to post. I plan to run 5 miles at the hotel fitness center. Food will be a challenge. I am bringing a couple of protein bars for before and after workout. Lunch will be out and dinner home. Not sure what yet.
