Thanks for the tips. The inspiration of just being on this team seems to help jog my memory, I've thought of another idea to share. I remember when I was a child and got sick and I guess the doctor had told my mom I needed to drink more water for a fever or with medicine or something, when my mom would read to me she would make me take a sip of water before she'd turn the page as an incentive. Maybe I'll keep a bottle by my computer and make a deal with myself -- one sip for every e-mail? Hope this helps someone else.
I find this difficult too, I have been averaging about 6 cups a day. I don't know whether to consider the brewed tea I drink at night, or the diet 7up I usually drink at lunch. I haven't been up to this point...
But to answer your question, I guess that I am more of a gulper, I will drink whole pint glasses of water when I wake up, after working out, and before going to bed, then I carry around a water bottle during my classes that I sip through out the morning to stay awake.
I found this site after I found the Beck book, when I was looking for an online calorie counter. I really like it and think it works well with Beck. But I'm having a really hard time drinking 8 cups of water a day! Even though I feel better when I do and know I should. Any tips, anyone?
