I sometimes have good intentions but I have had a hard time doing the same thing again. I am looking for a fresh way to get "becking" again.

I think cards are great because I tend to make up my own. So after next week (after I get my mom moved in to her new place) I think I will rewrite my reasons for losing weight and a bunch of cards!

They help me when I'm using them and since I'm trying to get back on track I returned to basics....started with chapter 1 of Becks book.
Last night was.a bad binge night. I ate more than I should and past the point of fullness....need to find a response cars to just stop! That's my goal today.
Right now I'm using "oh-well" to handle negative feelings about last nights eating.

The ones that both of you mention are great. I also like "Oh well..."
and there was one that I did not like quite the way it was, and that was "No Choice" because it sounded heavy handed to me. So I modified it:
"I have a choice, and I choose to do what is healthy"

(I have gotten away from my cards. I think this is a great discussion!)
