I've had occasional back problems since I was a teenager. If I take it mellow it is only a temporary inconvenience. :)

Beware the Ides of March

Actually March wasn't that bad, but in the middle of March an old back injury got re-hurt. I haven't exercised in about two and half weeks.

I started my regime the last week of January, 202.4 lbs, finished in February at 194.5 lbs and I am now finishing March at 191.0 lbs.

I feel a lot more comfortable in my skin, the progress is tangible and not going anywhere so I can handle slowing up for a few weeks. My mood is good.
