Try not to get discouraged. It doesn't do any good! (If you are not happy with the results, you can think if there are any small things you want to try to change. On the other hand, it might be that you are doing things just fine and the weight will begin to drop. Think it over and make your own decision.)

First month done. Weighed in 2013 Jan 28 at 202.4 lbs. My 5 day running average this morning was 194.5 lbs. Clothing feels looser, which is pretty cool.
