i sent a message to chris, the spark guy, that i'm really bummed that the steps with emails, etc are no longer available. maybe if they hear enough, they will reinstitute them...? :)

this was what i found when i was looking, too. :( i'm really bummed about it. something about that electronic coach in the form of emails, etc, was a nice motivation.

I just did a search and they've removed them since they weren't used enough. The information can be found under Healthy Lifestyle, but it is no longer part of your program like it was before. But, the articles are still there.

In the past I reset my stages and was going to do it again, but like you can't find anything. I would go to the message boards and go to site/technical advice. I'm going there to see if I can find anything about the Spark stages and if not I'm going to ask about them. Sparkpeople monitor that board and answer pretty quickly.

That's something I don't know anything about, but I'll forward your post to Sandy and see what she says. I don't know of anything online like SparkPeople, diet stages or anything else it has to offer. You could email Stephenie or Nichole, or SparkGuy and see what response you get.

thanks so much, sandy.

i did some digging, too, and it appears that they don't really support the diet stages anymore. they have the info about what they were, but they don't send out emails or actively help you focus on them. :( i'm kind of bummed. wondering if there's something else online like it. it was helpful to have the reminders sent. helped keep me focused. :(

Here's the message I recieved from Sandy.

Hey good question, I looked on my page and cannot find it either. I looked under diet stages and the fast break is stage one. So maybe she is there it just not show up on her page. Have her look on her spark points page and see if the stages shows up at the bottom with the points awarded next to them. That is the only place I can figure out where to look.
I am on my way out the door I will search more later today and if I find some thng I will get back with you on this.

i went through the whole spark diet about 4 years ago after baby #3. i want to go back through all the steps again after baby #4, so i reset my goals and picked my new fast break goals. but no where on my spark start page does it say what diet phase i'm in or anything. has anyone else reset their goals so they could do the program over? how does it work?
