Now on Day 3 ............ doing fairly well. Still writing it all down, planning my meals, & I even drank some water & ate some light yogurt today. Oh my! I'm inspired every day to keep going cuzz I'm worth it.
HE GIVES POWER TO THE FAINT, AND TO THOSE WHO HAVE NO MIGHT HE INCREASES STRENGTH. EVEN THE YOUTH SHALL FAINT AND BE WEARY, AND THE YOUNG MEN SHALL UTTERLY FALL; BUT THEY WHO WAIT UPON THE LORD SHALL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH; THEY SHALL MOUNT UP WITH WINGS AS EAGLES, THEY SHALL RUN, AND NOT BE WEARY, AND THEY SHALL WALK, AND NOT FAINT.
I got thru today without any major hiccups. I felt good about having a hot bowl of oatmeal for breakfast & taking my lunch to work. Most of all, I stuck to my plan. I have already planned for day 2 & entered my breakfast & lunch in the tracker.
I'm such a Gemini which means I usually have a difficult time making decisions. With that said ................
I decided this weekend that I needed to begin planning my meals beginning tomorrow. I already have my oatmeal pkt sitting next to the coffee pot. I already made a turkey sandwich for lunch. And, get this, I've already entered the nutritional info in my tracker for tomorrow.
I so badly want tomorrow to the beginning of new healthy eating habits. My goal is to make 1 change at a time. In the past, I took on too many changes at once & that never seemed to work. I know I can do it this time. I just have to plan it one day at a time.
