Not sure the best place to post this but I didn't want it to get lost in the everyday check-in thread. This is very good and I hope someone tries it because I will feel smart and special ;)
15 oz. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 tub of Cool Whip Lite
1 package of fat-free sugar-free chocolate pudding (not prepared)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Wisk it all together till combined well. Spoon by 1/2 cupful's into 6 seperate ramekins or small dishes. Each serving is 130 calories.
