I finished reading day 6 and last time I had a good support system I was in a Biggest Loser group. It was online but we posted several times a day and had challenges and had to leave the team if we didn't weigh in and fill in our points and such. It was a GREAT accountablility system. That's how I lost 30 lbs.
So I was tempted to breeze over day 6 with the thought that, "Sparkpeople will be my support group" but that hasn't worked over the last couple years. It's too easy for me to just disappear when I feel like a failure and then just give up all together. KWIM?
So I was thinking I need:
1. 1 or 2 people max. Anymore than that and it will be hard for me to keep up.
2. Someone to report my daily food to. Either report via my blog or have them check my Nutrition Tracker.
3. Someone to check in with me DAILY, see how I'm doing, ask if I've stuck to my plan, etc.
4. Someone to ask me what the heck is going on if I'm not posting my food
and I will do the same for you. If you don't think you'll be able to comit to doing this daily, or you think you might forget, it won't work, and that's ok. I'd rather have no one respond than people agree and not remember to follow through.
BUT... I sure hope someone wants to work with me! LOL! I'm a ver friendly person and I check in several times a day and I like to be silly so I won't be boring. I promise ;)
