I took an extra week or two while on vacation to get through the workbook but I'm on Day 42. Moving forward.
The exercises I resisted doing the most turned out to be some of the best exercises. I resisted the craving / hunger exercise and the "no food during the day" exercise. I learned a lot from those exercises. I know that if I feel hungry, that feeling will wane. It certainly is not as painful as my most painful experience.
Some of the exercises seem useless but I'm glad I did them. What I did before didn't help me learn skills to maintain my weight once I reach that weight.
Time to review my daily logs and fill out my daily journal entries.
