I'm a half pound from meeting my first goal! Technically I met it when I hit my first five pounds but I decided to count the five pounds from when I started the Beck program. Nonetheless, it's all good. I'm trending in the right direction.
It can be hard to weigh myself every morning and see the scale go up then down then up then down. When I look at my weight tracker here on spark people as it relates to my goal and it is tending as it should.
I weigh myself after using the restroom in the morning while in my same outfit before drinking any water.
I've noticed my bras are looser in the cups. That's a sure sign my weight is dropping. Since I started back on spark people (about a month before I started Beck), I've actually lost about 11 pounds. I will be wearing my D cup bras sooner than later! It's the little things in life. I have some pretty bras!
