Do a chore Go out with a friend Put together a care package Drink tea Make new itunes music mixes Go for a walk Edit your computer files (photos, documents, etc) Color/Draw/Paint Write a letter/email Call someone Practice new hairstyles Read a book Browse the internet (fitspiration blogs, sparkpeople, etc) Shop for presents Do a manicure or pedicure Practice new makeup techniques Plan a trip Try on your clothes/Rework outfits Do a craft (Crochet, needlework, candlemaking, soapmaking, woodworking, etc) Play a computer game/videogame Read your reasons for losing weight cards Take a long bath or shower Write in a journal
