Hi I sent you a note to you homepage, I would love to partner up with others. I'm currently doing a 100 day accoutability with a couple spark friends and so far so good..and I just started step 1 with the Beck Diet book...I know I'll love it as I need help in mastering my binging and dissatisfaction after I eat a meal.

I just joined this group, so pleased there is this forum. I have had past success with Beck, however I did not truly master all her dieting skills. I am anxious to get back into it and learn from past mistakes. One thing was that I didn’t have a diet buddy that understood what I was trying to do (especially when it came to specifically the Beck program).
I am looking for other people who want have an accountability partner… the more the better. If any of you are looking for something via email day to day, please contact me via SparkPeople so we can come to an arrangement that help us succeed.
