emoticon Sherry, I found the book at our local community college library. I wrote out most of what Judith Beck, PhD says in a notebook, where I track my progress, and I made the 3x5 cards to read daily. Dr. Beck is so helpful, since changing our THINKING is the key to LONG TERM success. When we have released pounds in the past, only to regain them, it is because we didn't changing our thinking, and she really has the answer to that.

Hi everyone I'm new here. I haven't read the book yet but I'm interrested in it. I might I will go check it out.

I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath!
