Sherry, I found the book at our local community college library. I wrote out most of what Judith Beck, PhD says in a notebook, where I track my progress, and I made the 3x5 cards to read daily. Dr. Beck is so helpful, since changing our THINKING is the key to LONG TERM success. When we have released pounds in the past, only to regain them, it is because we didn't changing our thinking, and she really has the answer to that.
