This team has people who have used the old book or workbook and the newer book. (There might even be a third one?) So I think you have come to the right place.
I think we all speak the same "language" based on our Beck thinking, that we want to eat mindfully, hunger is not an emergency, give yourself credit, make your own health a priority, ... and many more. I believe that the different books might state things slightly differently, but the principles are the same.
