Nice idea

Habit to add in May: Some kind of stretching everyday for at least 10 minutes

Habit to subtract for May: eating salty snacks.

I like the idea. If you ever want more of the team to see the topic, you might want to put something like this under the goals forum. Then I can make it a sticky topic. Here, it will keep slipping lower down.

Pick a habit to add. Pick a habit to subtract.

FREELADY
add: 8 cups of water each day
subtract: sweet drinks

Let's try to keep the streak going. Even when we break a streak, let's still post the best streak we've had. Just for example . . .
Habit to add--Exercise 30 min. per day: current streak, 3 days. My best streak so far, 12 days
