I have both. I loaded out the hardcover book and kept the workbook to use daily. But, like anything it has to be used. I don't mean that in a nasty way. I mean that you will have a tendency to think you can skip a step and you need to not move on unless you do each step FIRST. Chances are, if you are tempted to skip something it's because that is the very issue you need to be working on. See we like to skip the sensitive stuff and not dig into what we don't like to talk about or think about.
I have it as well. I really like it. I bought the work book and checked out the book from the library. I find it very helpful to have the preprinted exercise. Thats a good idea about making copies.

I use it (well, "used"...I've been slacking a little lately). I bought it instead of the regular book. For me it is nice to have the checklists already printed for me. In fact, I plan to take the spine off and scan the workbook so I can print the pages as I want to use them. That will help me when I want to go back to days or start over (as I'm getting ready to do).
