LOL, That's okay.

In addition to these topics there is a Daily Check In thread which is a nice place to give and recieve support,as well as get to know other members.

The Coaching Corner, one of my favorites, is used for problem solving and has been a source of motivation for me when I feel stuck. Re-reading the posts has also been motivating.

1. I'll have more energy.

6. I'll get more joy out of clothes shopping.

8. I'll feel happier with pictures taken of me.

11. I'll be able to go canoeing more often.
12. I'll get more compliments.
13. I'll be able to exercise without discomfort.
