Diane-How to add the quicktrack custom goal:
Go to your Start Page and find the Quicktrack under the "My Tools" column. In the bottom right corner of the Quicktrack Box, there should be a link: "Add Custom Goal " or some such thing. Click that link and you should be able to take it from there.

Today is Day 5 for me! I sat down before I ate breakfast and figured out my day's eating -- amazing for a Saturday!! I feel nice and in control!
I'm also working on a menu for next week because there are a lot of evening appointments and that can sabotage me. And compiling the adjoining grocery list. I love organization!

Yes, our city has about half a million people. We do have a car actually, but my husband has it all the time and I don't have a license! But I've always lived in big cities, except when I was doing my undergrad degree.

I'm soooo excited! I decided to bring my lunch and not buy food out today. They, of course, went for Chinese! I, of course, love Chinese! However, I told them right off that I wasn't buying lunch so I ate my leftover Catfish, which was delicious and I feel Really Good about it! YAY!

Day 3 yesterday. Today we get lunch out at work and I never know what that will be until that time. I've toyed with the idea of not doing it because it's not as satisfying as it used to be, but it is a nice social thing. I'll have to ponder this.

I am streaking today! I planned my food and ate on plan. I made mozarella rolls (hamburger bun with moz cheese melted on it) for hubby and he had one left so I asked him to throw it in the trash so it didn't accidentally end up in my mouth when I cleared the table! YAY!

Welcome to the Streak, Bev!! Sounds like a good start!
Yesterday wasn't so good; changed my plan and it didn't work as well. When will I learn?! I wasn't going to get lunch out because I'm usually not as satisfied with it as I am when I eat my planned out balanced foods, but they were getting pizza. It's hard to smell pizza and not eat it; so I relented. It wasn't hot when it arrived; I should've nuked it. I was hungry all afternoon because it didn't satisfy me. Lesson learned!
Today is too up in the air to plan, but I will remain vigilent!

This is for us to keep track of any kind of "streak" you want to start to help build good habits. You pick what you want and then keep track of how you're doing at it; such as: planning meals, reading cards, exercising, etc.
