I will have more confidence in myself.

I will be proud because I have achieved something for ME.

I will feel better.

I will get up in the mornings looking forward to the day.

I will accomplish personal goals every day.

there are tons more things I could put on a list and have already written other down on cards to put in my purse. I'm very anxious about committing myself to this.
