I have both the book and the workbook. They do differ in how they present the ideas enough to be interesting. I like the chart they have in the workbook to record planned and unplanned eating. I don't write in teh book though-I copied the chart off and post it in my kitchen. I like having both especially since I reread some of the skills to practice later when a review is needed.

257= 10% -done 1/1/08

232 = another 10%

209=another 10%

189=another 10%

170=another 10%

The workbook wasn't out when I started; my daughter made me a schedule in excel and I work from that.

I chose not to buy the workbook - it seemed like a shorter version (repetative) of the actual book itself so I am just writing things right into the book, my diet journal, and on the cards.

I'm just starting the Beck program, and, frankly, got stuck on setting up a schedule (no surprise there). Is anyone using the Workbook as well and, if so, do you find it helpful?
