In my gift box, which I wrapped up really cute, I included a note card to myself offering encouragement, a fancy tea, a healthy recipe, a scented candle, a new workout outfit, and instructions on what to do, which include reading a couple SP motivational articles, asking and/or giving help to another SP member, bidding on some ebay boots, making the tea and the recipe, piling up my canned weightloss equivelent, and settling in on the couch for some reading or movie watching. Basically giving myself permission to veg-out that day in a healthy way and reminding myself that it doesn't have to include a big pig out to feel good.
