Find one favorite exercise and get geared-up so you can do it in all weather.

For instance, I march-in-place in the house when I cannot go out-of-doors. But, first, I turn on the stove burner and throw on some rubbed sage, then I simmer some onions in a pan and mix-up some gluten-free, sage and thyme, biscuit, put that on top and have that in the oven for 20 min. while I exercise.

While it cools for 10 minutes, I do simple stretching, unhurried, and satisfied that my day is OK.

Prepare a little gift box for yourself before such desperate times strike. Open it when you're just about to cave to cravings.

In my gift box, which I wrapped up really cute, I included a note card to myself offering encouragement, a fancy tea, a healthy recipe, a scented candle, a new workout outfit, and instructions on what to do, which include reading a couple SP motivational articles, asking and/or giving help to another SP member, bidding on some ebay boots, making the tea and the recipe, piling up my canned weightloss equivelent, and settling in on the couch for some reading or movie watching. Basically giving myself permission to veg-out that day in a healthy way and reminding myself that it doesn't have to include a big pig out to feel good.

3. Buy a bread-making machine and let it bake your bread (gluten free if you need it) - enjoy sounds and aromas as the 3-hr process unfolds and the idea that something/someone is looking after you.
