You can only get healthier; welcome! I was a meat eater, then vegetarian, then Vegan. I've only been embracing this lifestyle for 7 months now and it can be challenging but it's been worth it.
I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, NOTHING & NOBODY will hold me down. I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.

Hello. My name is Marilyn and I am trying to turn over a new leaf. I have been researching the vegan lifestyle and the benefits seem hard to believe. At 308 lbs. and having high blood pressure, this way of eating may be just what i need. I am easing in slowly and hopefully picking up momentum. Here's to a new life!
