There are so many great vegetarian/vegan recipes online. ohsheglows.com/ is one site - I could go on and on. It just takes time and research. You can do it and congrats on making a wise choice!!

I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, NOTHING & NOBODY will hold me down. I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.

I am trying to incorporate more vegetarian food in our diets. My family and I have never been for meat, but I have the hardest time coming up with easy meals to make for dinner at night. I don't want to it to be boring. So I am excited to see recipes that people come up with and have a place to ask questions!
