Welcome. What has helped me to lose 20 pounds in 2 months is this site, a fitbit one fitness tracker, and John McDougall website and his book Starch Solution. McDougall free site info: http://www.drmcdougall.com/free.html . If you are authorized a slow cooker, rice cooker, and toaster oven in your living quarters you could easily do the McDougall program cooking mainly for yourself. A induction "hot plate" may also be authorized?

Hello! I'm Nathalie (pronounced like Natalie). I'm a Environmental Science major in Ohio working on getting my bachelor's degree. I've never been "skinny" and last year I fell victim to the "freshman 15" along with picking up bad habits related to only being able to eat food on campus. I joined this site to change my habits that are working against my weight loss goals and pick up some extra good habits while I'm at it!
