If you are authorized a slow cooker, rice cooker, and toaster oven in your living quarters you could easily do the McDougall program cooking mainly for yourself. A induction "hot plate" may also be authorized?

Hello! I'm Nathalie (pronounced like Natalie). I'm a Environmental Science major in Ohio working on getting my bachelor's degree. I've never been "skinny" and last year I fell victim to the "freshman 15" along with picking up bad habits related to only being able to eat food on campus.
