Hey all, I'm new here.

Been vegetarian on and off for 15 years, lapsed due to previous partners not understanding my choices. I have recently returned to a veggie diet and am trying to do vegan three times a week. Anybody have any suggestions for vegan lunch dishes? Struggling a bit on this one. Thanks in advance, looking forward to meeting new friends here.

Hi,
I've been hanging around SparkPeople for ages, but just began a mostly vegetarian lifestyle. I have given up meat and poultry and dairy. I have 3 hens so for now I will have just 4 eggs a week. I have fish maybe once a week. Hoping to finally start losing some weight. Looking forward to learning more from all of you.
