I use the recipe calculator to find out how many calories are in things that I make that aren't listed. It's very handy if you take the time to use it. You only have to put in your favorite chili or lasagna recipe once and then it's always there when you need to log it. If you change an ingredient now and then when you make it it's easy to makeover the recipe by adding or subtracting things as necessary. I'm on my way to losing 36 pounds of overeating. I know my issue is portion control. But I am having trouble on this website figuring out how many calories are in the recipes I make. I guesstimate a lot here so I hope I am doing ok. I have stopped my nighttime snacks which should help alot and of course continue to eat vegan. Nice to be here.
