to the team! I can identify with all of your issues. I was where you are 7 years ago. I found using the Trackers here on Spark really helps. When you put in what you ate and find out how many calories you put into your body it's a real eye opener. Also, when you track the number of steps you walked for exercise it is such a rush to see how many calories you burned. Get a pedometer and track steps in the back room. I aim for 10 000 a day or more to keep my weight down. It becomes a game - how many steps can I rack up today? Good luck with your weight loss goal. You are in the right place.
