My suggestion is to read Spark People articles, the message boards, and find your own way. You'll know what you want to do. There are many ways to achieve fitness and a healthy diet that you enjoy.

I really enjoy the preplanned meals here. You can easily swap out one thing for another on the nutritional tracker if you want. All the recipes I've tried here have been wonderful too! Do you already use the nutritional tracker? If so, have you considered using the meal planner? It's fool proof - just what I need!

Hi my name is Jackie and I am new to this whole fitness and diet thing, I am getting ready to start a bootcamp tomorrow and trying to figure out what my best approach is to diet. Any suggestions?
