Believe it or not I never really made a BIG step forward toward REALLY reaching and exploding past my goal weight until I stopped using artificial sweeteners. I don't know if you use Spenda, or Equal or any of those things but I can tell you that they really DO fool your body in to holding on to weight and not letting you really understanding the real taste of sugar any more. Since I stopped all soda, diet and sugar laden soda and drink mostly water, I really don't crave sugar any more and I am more able to control sweets of all kinds and then I was able to control other cravings and bad food habits. I made better choices all throughout my day, and after a while here I am 14 lbs under what I thought my goal weight would be. But it did take a while all together.. The weight came off a few lbs at a time. The safe way.

I started one meal at a time. Concentrated only on changing breakfast for a full week. Then I added lunch until I had both those meals changed in a healthy manner. Then dinner. And then I tackled snacks (the hardest for me). Break it down, go slow, be patient when you back track but move forward anyway. Literally one step at a time. And use that food tracker--makes you stay very conscious and present about your food. Good luck!

emoticon Take the time needed to thing about a food plan - doesn't have to be anything fancy/expensive, just basic. Fit in movement/exercise when you can throughout the day. It will make a difference. Most important, love yourself and be patient with yourself. emoticon

Hello,

I have heard of this site moons ago. And never followed through with it. Did some of the glute work outs which were phenomenal, then adios! Well now im back after a few years, also being a first time mommy who didnt bounce back, for quite a few reasons i will discuss as time progresses. I really need support and drive. I just cant stop eating bad foods! I had never had this issue so severely. Pregnancy sadly changed me in a rotten way. Althoooough i have a beautiful beautiful boy from it all. I just need to find myself again. thanks for listening.
