What keeps me motivated is using the Spark trackers for Food and Fitness. It is such a rush to see how many calories I burned walking and how many calories I shaved off during the day by eating healthy vegan meals.

I PLAN VERY CAREFULLY WHAT TO EAT FOR EACH MEAL, WHAT TO DO EACH DAY TO KEEP MOVING-WHETHER WALKING, ELLIPTICAL OR STATIONARY BIKE-IN MY CASE, AND ENJOY CHECKING OFF AS I CARRY OUT MY PLANS. PAYING OFF-STEADILY LOSING WEIGHT!
