for vegan "burgers" and "meat"loafs. Substitute tofu for chicken. If you can't find tofu, substitute cubes of potatoes. Rice is a good base for vegetable dishes too. A great dip is combining salsa and hummus. There are great hummus recipes at ohsheglows and happy herbivore and can be made from a can of chickpeas, lemon and garlic.
