emoticon Ye gotta count your calories. That's it in a nutshell. If you don't want to count calories, don't have time to cook, don't want to cook, and have the money, you might try a program that sends the pre-measured food to you so that all you have to do is pop it into the microwave. That's what I did for the first 36 lbs I lost.

As with any of them, it is about committing to doing it. I will say that this one is fun, there's tons of variety, and the people are really quite kind. I can't imagine you'll get bored, and you can use as much of it as works for you. Good luck!

Hey y'all. So I've done multiple different weight loss websites like this one and they haven't worked that great for me, but I think I just need to be more focused and committed. Hoping Spark People works - I'd love any tips you guys have that worked for you :)
