Ye gotta count your calories. That's it in a nutshell. If you don't want to count calories, don't have time to cook, don't want to cook, and have the money, you might try a program that sends the pre-measured food to you so that all you have to do is pop it into the microwave. That's what I did for the first 36 lbs I lost.
As with any of them, it is about committing to doing it. I will say that this one is fun, there's tons of variety, and the people are really quite kind. I can't imagine you'll get bored, and you can use as much of it as works for you. Good luck!
