Don't give up. Do everything you can right now. And then when you get better hit it hard. You will get there again. I know how frustrating it can be, but please do not give up. YOU CAN DO THIS!

It has has been rough for the last 18 months, I have lost a lot and gained more. currently I am recovering from surgery and not able to work out like I want to.In the meantime I am taking eating healthy classes and started a tai chi course. I am very disappointed that I am not allowed to roller skate yet , but the doctor did say I can take my favorite spin class with low intensity. So you see I have slowed down quit a bit but I still alive and well.
